Things to Do

Kids Activities

We are so happy that you could travel to Tyler for our wedding! There are lots of family friendly activities to do in Tyler.

Caldwell Zoo is wonderful and if you're interested in feeding giraffes or seeing white tigers, this is a fun option.

Meghan was a lady in waiting in the Texas Rose festival. It's unique to Tyler and the community created here. The rose garden and the rose museum are a great way to spend the morning.

Times Square Grand Slam is a movie theater, bowling alley, and arcade all in one. Stop by and play one some connect four hoops, grab some food and drinks, or play a round of bowling.

The discovery science museum is a great option for younger kids. It's a hands-on science museum with lots of activities for smaller children. If you want to wear out your kids, this is an easy way to spend your morning.

Adult Activities

We know that not everyone is bringing kids to the wedding. For those of you wanting a more adult oriented experience, there are a couple of breweries and even a winery in the area.

Kiepersol winery is just outside of town but is a beautiful space to try new wines and take in the beautiful vineyards and East Texas weather.

ETX Brewery is located downtown and has a wide range of beers for you to try. They have a laid back atmosphere and a good menu selection.

True Vine is another brewery you can stop by. It has lots of outdoor seating, a pizza parlor attached, live music on the weekends, a playground and a dog park.
